The Way and the Vibration
A personal model of being, change, and return
About
The Way and the Vibration is a philosophical reflection on being, change, and return. Drawing on motifs from Daoism, Yin and Yang, Wu Wei, empathy, and the experience of the body, it develops a personal model of how inner states shape perception, action, and relationship. The book treats vibration, frequency, and echo as metaphors for movement through life, not as scientific claims or traditional Daoist teaching. Across reflective prose and verse, it considers how to notice where we stand, meet change without unnecessary force, and find a way back to a chosen direction.
